From Vision to Movement to Legacy

Our Mission & Vision

The principles that guide our work in Stanly County

Our Mission

"To improve the quality of life within our communities and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans."

This mission, aligned with the national mission of 100 Black Men of America, reflects our deep commitment to creating lasting change in Stanly County.

We believe that by focusing on education, economic opportunity, and community service, we can directly improve lives and create pathways to success for the next generation.

Our Vision

To unite men already serving through churches, nonprofits, businesses, schools, athletics, and civic organizations into one collaborative network that creates lasting opportunities for youth and families across Stanly County.

Our vision recognizes that leadership already exists throughout our community. We are bringing these leaders together into a unified force for positive change.

By building this coalition, we multiply our impact and ensure that every young person in Stanly County has access to mentorship, opportunity, and support.
